This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you grow stronger for whatever motherhood throws at you. Body Well focuses on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

*This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months postpartum before beginning this program

Cancellation Policy: Purchase of a Body Well session is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to make a class you are able to request one recorded class per session for virtual clients and in-person clients are able to make-up with one virtual class.
