Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are, and challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you grow stronger for whatever motherhood throws at you. Body Well focuses on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Included in your Body Well session:

*This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months postpartum before beginning this program

SPRING SESSION  
JANUARY 13TH - MARCH 6TH

VIRTUAL SESSION w/ Abby
  • Tuesday/Thursday 6am
In Person Session (in a gym) w/ Michelle
  • Monday/Wednesday 8pm
Classes meet 2 times per week. You must be able to attend both classes to enroll. Space is limited. Payment is due in full to reserve your spot. If you are unable to pay in full, a $50 deposit is required. The remainder of your payment will be due one week before classes begin.To pay a deposit please email losangeles@fit4mom.com.

Cancellation Policy: Purchase of a Body Well session is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to make a class you are able to request one recorded class per session for virtual clients and in-person clients are able to make-up with one virtual class.
